Currently, BitTap does not provide services to users in the following countries and regions (“Restricted Regions”), including but not limited to:

The United States and all its territories, including: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and other outlying territories such as Baker Island, Johnston Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, etc.

North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Lebanon, Somalia, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti

Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine, including Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Sevastopol

As well as other jurisdictions that may be restricted by BitTap due to international sanctions, regional risk, or compliance considerations
Risk Disclaimer & User Responsibility
Residence or Access Restriction
Users must not register, log in, or use BitTap services from any of the restricted regions. If you move to one of these regions or become aware of others accessing the platform from them, please cease activity immediately and contact BitTap Support.
Strictly No Evasion
Any attempt to bypass regional restrictions by using VPNs, false identity information, or similar methods will be considered a severe violation. BitTap reserves the right to suspend or terminate such accounts, freeze assets, and liquidate open positions.
Sanctions Compliance
BitTap does not provide services to individuals or entities listed on international sanctions lists, including but not limited to:

U.S. Treasury OFAC “Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List” (SDN List)

The EU “Consolidated Financial Sanctions List”

UK Treasury “Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets”
Entities directly or indirectly owned 50% or more by sanctioned individuals or groups are also prohibited.
