Thank you for your continued trust and support for the BitTap platform. Since the launch of the Ambassador Promotion Program 45 days ago, the platform has attracted enthusiastic participation from many users and achieved positive results in promoting community growth and trading activity. We sincerely thank every user for their support and contribution to the BitTap promotional ecosystem.
To further maintain a fair trading environment and optimize the incentive structure, BitTap will adjust the timeline of the current Ambassador Promotion Program and proceed with an early termination of this phase.
To help all users understand the changes, the following arrangements are hereby announced:
1. Termination Schedule
Starting from 00:00 (UTC+8) on May 18, 2025, the platform will begin implementing the following adjustment procedures:
2. Full Termination of Invitation Rewards
The invitation rewards previously set under the “Advanced Ambassador Program” (10 USDT / 5 USDT / 3 USDT) will be fully canceled and will no longer be calculated.
From that time onward, all users who register via invitation codes will no longer receive any cash-based invitation bonuses.
Unlock calculations for trading rewards will be stopped, and rewards unlocked before the cut-off will be distributed accordingly.
3. Restrictions on New User Participation
Starting from May 18, 2025, new users will no longer be eligible to join the “Ambassador Ultimate Program” and will be unable to unlock related bonuses or benefits.
Existing users who have not yet completed ultimate unlocks will no longer be able to continue. For detailed rules, please refer to the Ambassador Program Rules page on the BitTap website.
4. Handling of Wash Trading and Arbitrage Abuse
The platform strictly prohibits all forms of illegal arbitrage and fraudulent trading. For users who maliciously obtain rewards through such means, BitTap will take the following actions:

Refund any abnormal deposits made through manipulated transactions

Permanently ban accounts with serious violations and revoke all promotional and trading rights

Recover bonus funds gained through behavior such as batch registration, self-matching trades, or high-frequency short-term arbitrage
We strongly urge all users to maintain proper trading behavior and refrain from engaging in any form of manipulation or exploitation.
5. Phase-out of the Ambassador Program
The Ambassador Promotion Program was originally intended to reward loyal BitTap users through community participation and to drive ecosystem growth. However, as the campaign expanded, some users deviated from its original intent, exploiting loopholes in the rules to conduct volume manipulation and arbitrage, which seriously impacted the platform’s balance.
Therefore, BitTap has decided to end the Ambassador Program ahead of schedule. The Basic, Advanced, and Ultimate tiers of the program will be fully terminated at 00:00 (UTC+8) on May 18, 2025, and all related functions and access points will be deactivated simultaneously.
Looking ahead, BitTap will launch a new generation of referral and promotional mechanisms that are more scientific, intelligent, and sustainable, ensuring fairness while creating long-term value for partners and users. Please stay tuned.
6. Appeals and Support
If you believe there is an error in reward records, rebate disputes, or account actions during the campaign, please contact official customer support within 7 working days. We will verify and handle all appeals in accordance with activity rules and behavioral records.
