Dear BitTap Users,
To ensure fairness, effectiveness, and the protection of user interests in promotional campaigns, BitTap has established a unified set of rules for activities involving agents (BDs). All individuals or teams participating in BD promotions must adhere to the following terms:
I. Applicable Parties
These rules apply to officially authorized BitTap agents (BDs) and the users they refer and register on the platform.
II. User Participation Requirements
- KYC Requirement: All invited users must register through the BD’s exclusive referral link and complete identity verification (KYC) on the platform.
- Participation Limit: Each user may participate in the event only once. Duplicate registrations or false identity submissions are strictly prohibited.
- Channel Exclusivity: Users may not register for the same event via multiple promotional channels. If duplicate participation is detected, BitTap reserves the right to revoke all related registrations and rewards.
III. Contract Bonus Funds & Position Vouchers
[Contract Bonus Funds]:
Bonus funds are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and can only be used within the contract account.
- They can be used to offset trading fees, funding rates, and losses. They also count toward margin for opening positions.
- To offset losses, certain conditions must be met:
(Current equity - bonus balance - cumulative deposit) < initial principal. - Any transfer of funds out of the account will void the bonus funds. The status of the bonus will only update when funds are transferred out or the bonus expires.
- If bonus funds are voided due to fund transfers, it may result in forced liquidation or failure to maintain position orders. Please manage accordingly.
Scope: Applicable to all trading pairs and up to the maximum leverage allowed.
[Position Experience Voucher]:
These are used exclusively for contract trading. The voucher itself is non-withdrawable, but any profit generated is withdrawable.
- Validity: Once activated, the voucher will be reclaimed after 1 day.
- Withdrawal Conditions: See the voucher details for more information.
- Distribution: Eligible users will receive their vouchers in the "Coupon Center" within 7 working days.
IV. Trading & Statistics
- Valid Trading Volume: Only genuine trading activity from non-risk accounts will be counted. Abnormal trades will be excluded.
- Valid Net Deposit: Must be positive (total deposits minus total withdrawals) during the activity period.
- Reward Distribution: Rewards will be settled and distributed after the event ends to qualified accounts.
V. Risk Control & Violation Handling
If any abnormal trading behavior such as wash trading or arbitrage is detected, the accounts involved will enter a 15-day observation period. If no issues arise during this time, rewards will be distributed.
Note: Each channel customer may use only one account to participate in the campaign. If the system detects multiple accounts under the same device or IP address, or if a user is found to have participated repeatedly with multiple accounts, it will be deemed a violation of the campaign rules. Upon verification, the platform will cancel and reclaim all rewards from the related accounts, and no further distribution will be made.
Submitting false KYC information or conducting verification on behalf of another person will result in immediate disqualification. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in wash trading, self-trading between multiple accounts, or abnormal trading through emulators, proxies, or other virtualization tools. Once a violation is detected, the platform will revoke and freeze any distributed trial funds/coupons, reclaim illicit profits and commission, and may take further actions in accordance with platform rules (including but not limited to restricting trading, freezing, or closing accounts).
The platform reserves the right to decide whether to cooperate with a user. If the platform determines that a user can no longer continue cooperation, the user and any closely related accounts (including but not limited to those linked by IP, device, funds, or trading behavior) will not be permitted to cooperate. Once a violation is identified, the platform will deduct any illicit profits obtained.
VI. Agent Responsibilities & Review
Before starting promotion, all agents must submit the following for approval:
- Referral code or registration link
- Screenshots of active communities
- Monthly active user data or promotional metrics
All promotional materials (including texts and posters) must be reviewed and approved by BitTap.
BitTap reserves the right to interpret and amend the event rules, timeline, and reward structures at any time.
