Between 15:30 and 19:30 (UTC+8) on August 30, 2025, we observed abnormal trading volume and transaction prices in the MUSDT futures trading pair on the platform. After investigation, it was found that some users triggered the platform's risk control system during this period through arbitrage activities. The trading, deposit, and withdrawal functions for the affected accounts have been temporarily suspended. There has been no impact on other users, and platform funds remain fully secure.
To maintain a secure and fair trading environment, we will roll back the transactions for the accounts involved in the abnormal trading within the next 24 hours. The restricted functions for these accounts will be restored after the rollback is completed. Additionally, for users who actively participated in MUSDT futures trading between 15:30 and 19:30 (UTC+8) on August 30, 2025, and incurred losses on their positions during that period, the platform will introduce a compensation plan.
