I. Incident Explanation
During a recent routine review, our risk control system detected abnormal trading patterns in certain accounts, including high-frequency wash trading, irregular arbitrage, and self-matching transactions. To safeguard market order and protect user interests, the system initiated temporary risk management and compliance review measures, which included withdrawal delays and trading restrictions.
These actions are part of standard operational and risk control procedures, not “user expulsions” or “restrictions targeting specific groups.” Their sole purpose is to prevent abusive arbitrage from harming compliant users.
II. Platform Operations
BitTap is operating stably at present. All functions — including trading, deposits, and withdrawals — remain fully functional. Assets and services of compliant users are entirely unaffected. The platform has never implemented expulsions based on language or region.
III. Asset Security and User Rights
Fund Segregation and Custody: BitTap employs Fireblocks custody and multi-signature protocols to ensure complete segregation of user funds from platform funds.
Deposit & Withdrawal Status: All deposit and withdrawal services remain normal, without restrictions on any user group. Occasional delays or anomalies are strictly part of regular risk control and compliance checks, not discriminatory practices.
IV. Response to User Concerns
Why are withdrawals restricted? Restrictions are solely triggered by risk controls against arbitrage or abnormal activities. Legitimate user actions remain unaffected.
Does expulsion exist? No. BitTap has never conducted expulsions against any region or language community. Claims of “expulsion” are entirely false.
