To reduce confusion caused by cross-time-zone differences, v1.2.3 unifies and optimizes the way voucher expiry times are displayed across Web and App. All voucher expiry times will be shown in the user’s local time (Local Time) — this applies to pages and modules where you view vouchers, promotional vouchers, wealth-management vouchers, and other expiry-related items on the APP/WEB. This change helps you judge voucher validity more intuitively and avoids missing usage windows due to time differences.
Update details
[Web / App] Voucher expiry times will be displayed in local time (Local Time), ensuring consistent presentation across devices and platforms;
Display locations include the Voucher Center, related activity/wealth-management landing pages, and voucher prompts/popups (display will follow your device’s timezone settings).
Compatibility & notes
If you use multiple devices with different system timezones, please follow the device currently displaying the information; the web client will rely on the browser/system timezone.
Some old cached data may cause delayed or legacy-format displays. After updating, if you notice anomalies, please clear your cache and refresh the page first; if the issue persists, submit a ticket or contact online customer support.
Upgrade recommendations
Web: refresh the page or clear your browser cache to take effect immediately;
App: please download and install the latest version from the App Store / Google Play or the official website;
If a voucher remains unusable before expiry or shows an incorrect time, please screenshot the issue and contact us via in-app customer service or a support ticket — we will assist you promptly.
