To continuously improve the trial-funds experience and risk disclosures, v1.2.4 rolls out two important optimizations across Web and App: a risk-notice popup for first-time trial-fund use, and a selection flow for trial-fund deduction scenarios. We recommend updating and reviewing the trial-funds usage flow after installing the update.

Web / App — First-time Trial-Fund Risk Notice Popup
When a user first claims or first uses trial funds, a risk-notice popup will appear that clearly explains the nature of the trial funds, usage restrictions, and potential risks. Users must read and confirm (or check to agree) before continuing; the system will record the confirmed status to avoid repeated prompts.Web / App — Trial-Fund Deduction Scenario Selection
A “scenario selection” step has been added to the trial-fund deduction flow: available deduction scenarios (for example, trading-fee deduction, trial-position deduction, etc.) and their corresponding rules will be displayed for users to choose as needed. For scenarios that do not meet the conditions, the interface will show the reason for unavailability in real time, improving transparency and flexibility.

When a user first uses trial funds on either Web or App, a risk-control prompt containing explanatory copy and a confirmation button will pop up; the user must check/confirm before proceeding. The backend already supports recording each user’s read/confirmed status to prevent repeated prompts.
The “use trial funds” flow now includes a scenario-selection step that displays each scenario’s deduction rules and effective scope. Users may select the most appropriate deduction scenario; if a scenario does not meet the usage conditions, the interface will immediately display an unavailable notice with the reason.

Web: Refresh the page or clear your browser cache to ensure the new interactions take effect immediately.
App: Please download and install the latest version from the App Store / Google Play or the official website to access the full feature set.
If you encounter anomalies in the trial-funds flow (popup not triggered, scenarios unselectable, deduction failure, etc.), please take screenshots and contact us via in-app customer service or submit a ticket. We will assist promptly.
