To maintain asset quality and trading order on the platform, BitTap will proceed with the delisting of the SUNDOG/USDT spot trading pair. The delisting schedule and subsequent handling rules are announced below. Please read carefully and take timely action regarding your assets and open orders.
I. Delisting Time (UTC+8)
Trading halt (delisting effective): January 16, 2026 at 20:00 (UTC+8).
II. System Handling Rules After Delisting
Suspension of new orders and trade matching: From the moment the delisting takes effect, SUNDOG/USDT will no longer accept new buy or sell orders, and the system will cease trade matching.
Automatic cancellation of open orders: At the time the delisting takes effect, all unfilled open orders will be automatically canceled by the system; any occupied margin or pre-deducted funds will be immediately released and returned to the user’s account balance.
Deposits: From the moment the delisting takes effect, the platform will close the deposit function for SUNDOG. Please do not deposit this asset into the platform.
Withdrawals: Users may still initiate withdrawals normally after the delisting. Please complete withdrawals as soon as possible after delisting to avoid potential liquidity risks. If you encounter issues with withdrawals or on-chain congestion, please contact platform customer support promptly.
III. Friendly Reminder and Risk Disclosure
After delisting, the trading pair may experience a sharp reduction in liquidity or may not be immediately convertible on OTC or third-party platforms. Users are advised to plan their funds in advance and withdraw as early as possible.
