Please be advised that Bittap experienced temporary withdrawal delays for the BSC (BNB Smart Chain) and SOL (Solana) networks earlier today. This was due to intermittent node connectivity issues encountered by our third-party infrastructure partner, Fireblocks(https://status.fireblocks.com/incidents/qcr9fpjqxctb).
Incident Details:
- Affected Networks: BSC (BEP-20) and SOL (Solana).
- Affected Timeframe: Jan 29, 2026, 01:23 – 03:30 (UTC+8).
- Current Status: Newly initiated withdrawals for both BSC and SOL networks have been fully restored and are processing normally.
Resolution for Pending Orders: Our technical team is working closely with Fireblocks to investigate and manually reconcile all withdrawal requests submitted during the affected window (01:23 – 03:30 UTC+8). These pending transactions will be finalized or credited back to your accounts shortly. No further action is required on your part.
Asset Security: This was a connectivity issue related to external node infrastructure. Please be assured that all user assets on Bittap remain completely secure. We sincerely apologize to all affected users for this inconvenience.
