Dear users,
BitTap is a leading digital-asset trading platform serving global users. To continuously protect the platform ecosystem and safeguard user assets, BitTap will delist the BDXN (symbol: BDXN) futures trading service. The delisting arrangements and user instructions are provided below — please read carefully.
1. Delisting scope & schedule
Delisting of the futures trading pair BDXN/USDT:
Stop new orders: March 17, 2026 17:00 (UTC+8).
Trading stop (all orders cancelled): March 17, 2026 17:00 (UTC+8).
2. Handling of user assets and orders
From March 17, 2026 17:00 (UTC+8), users will not be able to place new buy or sell orders (only cancellations of unfilled orders are permitted).
All unfilled orders at March 17, 2026 17:00 (UTC+8) will be automatically cancelled by the system; funds that were locked by those orders will be unfrozen immediately and returned to the account available balance.
Users who still hold positions must close or adjust them before the delisting time. If a user does not handle positions before delisting, the platform will follow the contract rules for subsequent processing (including but not limited to forced liquidation and settlement) to protect overall market and user asset safety.
If a single user’s settlement is affected during the delisting process, the system will trigger an exception-handling workflow, roll back abnormal data, and, if necessary, notify affected users via in-platform message or email.
3. Subsequent arrangements & notes
The platform reserves the right to adjust the delisting time and handling procedures; any changes will be announced on the official website and notified to affected users via in-platform message / email / app push.
The delisting decision is based on compliance, risk control and operational assessments and is taken to preserve the market and user interests.
For accounts confirmed to have engaged in violations or abusive trading, the platform will take measures according to the rules, including but not limited to canceling rebates, restricting trading, freezing, or closing accounts.
4. Support / Customer service
If you have questions about the delisting or require manual assistance, please contact BitTap customer service:
Online customer service: in-app support or official website live support.
Email: support@bittap.com.
Affected users will receive in-platform messages and emails — please pay attention to platform notifications and handle assets and positions in a timely manner.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We will continue to optimize our risk-control and compliance frameworks to provide a safer and more robust trading environment.
