Dear users:
To continue safeguarding the platform ecosystem and user asset security, BitTap will delist the A2Z/USDT and RDNT/USDT perpetual futures. The delisting arrangements and user instructions are announced below. Please read carefully and handle the relevant positions and assets in a timely manner.
1. Delisting scope and time
Delisting of the futures trading pairs (A2Z/USDT, RDNT/USDT):
Stop placing new orders: March 23, 2026 13:00 (UTC+8)
Trading stop time (all orders cancelled): March 23, 2026 13:00 (UTC+8)
2. Handling of user assets and orders
Futures orders and execution:
From March 23, 2026 13:00 (UTC+8), users will no longer be able to place new buy or sell orders (only cancellation of unfilled orders is permitted). Unfilled orders will be automatically cancelled by the system; the funds tied to those cancelled orders will be unfrozen immediately and returned to the account’s available balance.
Users holding relevant positions must close or adjust their positions before delisting. If positions are not closed before delisting, the platform will handle them according to contract rules and risk-control mechanisms to safeguard the overall market and user asset security.
If the system detects abnormal positions or special situations that require handling due to fund impact, the platform will initiate an abnormal handling process and, based on the actual situation, perform rollback and other necessary actions.
3. Withdrawal arrangement
Withdrawal services related to A2Z/USDT and RDNT/USDT will stop at March 1, 2026 9:00 (UTC+8).
Please complete asset handling and withdrawal arrangements in a timely manner before withdrawal services stop to avoid affecting normal use.
4. Subsequent arrangements and notes
The platform reserves the right to adjust the delisting time and handling methods. Any changes will be subject to the official website announcement and will also be communicated to affected users via in-site messages, email, and APP notifications.
The delisting decision is based on compliance, risk control, and operational assessments and is a necessary measure to protect the overall market and user interests.
For accounts confirmed to have violated rules or abused trading behavior, the platform will take measures according to the rules, including but not limited to canceling rebates, restricting trading, freezing, or closing accounts.
5. Need help
If you have questions about the delisting arrangement or need manual assistance, please contact BitTap customer service:
