1. Delisting scope and timeline
Futures trading pair delisting (RLS/USDT):
- Order placement suspension time: April 8, 2026, 15:30 (UTC+8)
- Trading termination time (all open orders canceled): April 8, 2026, 16:00 (UTC+8)
2. Handling of user assets and orders
- Starting from April 8, 2026, 15:30 (UTC+8), users will no longer be able to place new buy or sell orders (only cancellation of unfilled open orders will be allowed).
- All open orders that remain unfilled by April 8, 2026, 16:00 (UTC+8) will be automatically canceled by the system; the funds corresponding to the canceled orders will be immediately unfrozen and returned to the available account balance.
- Users holding relevant positions are strongly advised to close or adjust their positions before the delisting time to avoid any impact on normal usage.
- If the system detects abnormal trading behavior or abnormal position situations, the platform will initiate the corresponding risk control procedures and take necessary actions according to actual circumstances.
3. Follow-up arrangements and explanation
- The platform reserves the right to adjust the delisting time and handling procedures. Any changes will be subject to the official website announcement and will also be notified to affected users via internal messages, email, or APP notifications.
- The delisting decision is based on the platform’s compliance, risk control, and operational assessments and is a necessary measure to protect the overall market environment and user interests. The RLS project overview previously stated in the listing announcement describes its positioning as connecting TradFi and DeFi, providing secure, compliant, and auditable infrastructure for institutional asset tokenization and trading.
- For accounts confirmed to have engaged in violations or abusive trading behavior, the platform will take measures in accordance with the rules, including but not limited to canceling rebates, restricting trading, freezing, or closing accounts.
