BitTap's referral program allows users to earn commission rewards by inviting others to register and trade. Below are the detailed terms for participating in this program:
- Eligibility Restrictions by Region
Certain users are not eligible to participate in the BitTap referral program. The restrictions are as follows:
- Users residing in Singapore cannot participate in the referral program as either a referrer or an invitee. If you move out of Singapore, you must submit proof of new residency. After verification, you will receive a confirmation notification.
- BitTap FZE users are not eligible to participate as either a referrer or an invitee.
- Due to legal restrictions, users residing in Israel are not allowed to join the referral program.
- Afghanistan users cannot participate as invitees in the referral program. Additionally, users residing in other regions who have referral connections with Afghanistan users will not be eligible for referral rewards.
- Due to regulatory restrictions, users who are Nigerian nationals or residents are not eligible to participate in BitTap's referral program.
- UK financial regulations effective from October 8, 2023, prohibit all UK users from receiving any trading rewards.
- Handling of Violations
If a user engages in misconduct or abuse during the program, BitTap reserves the right to disqualify them and revoke all commissions. The following behaviors will be considered malicious actions:
- Registering multiple accounts using the same IP address or device to obtain additional rewards.
- Promoting referral links through phishing websites or similar fraudulent tactics.
- Posting referral links as advertisements on search engines.
- Any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities related to referrals.
BitTap has the sole discretion to determine whether an action violates the rules. Users will be automatically disqualified and ineligible for any rewards under the following circumstances:
- Any behavior violating the platform’s Terms of Use or compliance regulations.
- Manipulating results or failing to meet the specified program requirements.
- Submitting false, inaccurate, or expired information. Users found to forge documents may face legal consequences.
- Using technical methods for registration or participation, especially automated programs, bots, multiple account registrations, or similar tactics, will result in immediate disqualification.
- Interpretation and Version Guidelines
- All users must comply with BitTap's Terms of Use.
- BitTap reserves the final right of interpretation regarding these program terms. If there are discrepancies between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
- BitTap reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
