BitTap sets minimum and maximum trading limits for each trading pair to ensure market liquidity and prevent abnormal transactions.
1. Minimum and Maximum Trading Limits
- Minimum Trading Limit: Each trading pair has a minimum order requirement. For example, some pairs require a minimum order of 10 USDT. If your order is below this limit, it cannot be executed.
- Maximum Trading Limit: The maximum trading limit varies depending on market liquidity. For example, the maximum order amount for some trading pairs is 500,000 USDT.
For specific limits on different trading pairs, please refer to the trading page or the latest announcements.
2. Limit Order Submission Range
A Limit Order allows users to set a target price for buying or selling. The order will only be executed when the market price reaches or exceeds the set price. To ensure fair pricing and market stability, BitTap imposes the following restrictions on limit orders:
- Regular trading pairs: The limit order price must be within 20%-500% of the market price.
- Stablecoin trading pairs (e.g., USDT/USDC): The limit order price must be within 80%-120% of the market price.
3. Market Order Rules
A Market Order allows users to execute trades immediately at the best available market price. However, since market orders directly impact market liquidity, BitTap has set execution restrictions:
- Market orders execute based on market depth and may only be partially filled if liquidity is insufficient.
- If the market experiences high volatility, the final execution price of a market order may differ from the expected price at the time of placing the order.
For large transactions, we recommend checking market depth before placing orders to ensure an optimal trading experience.
4. Spot Trading Fees
BitTap follows a transparent fixed-rate fee model. The spot trading fees for all users are:
- Maker Fee: 0.20%
- Taker Fee: 0.20%
BitTap may offer promotional discounts or zero-fee trading events during specific periods. Please refer to official announcements for details.
5. Account Security Verification Requirements
To ensure fund security, BitTap requires all users to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
- 2FA is required for login, withdrawals, and API access.
- Users are advised to bind Google Authenticator or SMS verification for added security.
Users who do not enable 2FA may be restricted from withdrawals and other critical actions.
6. Price Fluctuation Limits
BitTap has implemented a price fluctuation limit mechanism to prevent extreme market volatility and protect traders:
- Some trading pairs have price fluctuation restrictions to prevent sudden market swings.
- If the market price moves beyond a set range, BitTap may temporarily restrict certain trades to maintain market stability.
7. How to Increase Trading Limits?
Currently, BitTap’s trading limits are determined by market liquidity and system rules. To enhance your trading experience, you can:
- Stay active in trading to increase your account’s trading volume for smoother transactions.
- Trade in pairs with higher liquidity to ensure orders are executed at the best available prices.
- Follow BitTap’s latest events, as some users may qualify for increased trading limits through special promotions.
