Fund transfer is an important function for freely moving assets within your BitTap account, allowing users to allocate funds between Spot and Futures accounts without any fees. Below are the complete steps.
Step 1: Access the Fund Transfer Page
Log in to the BitTap App, go to the "Assets" page, and tap "Transfer" to enter the fund transfer interface.
Step 2: Open the Transfer Page
Tap to enter the Fund Transfer page.
Step 3: Select Transfer Direction & Amount
Enter the transfer amount and tap "Confirm. If you want to transfer all available funds, tap "All."
Important Notes
No transaction fees are applied for fund transfers.
The transfer amount must not exceed the available balance, or the transfer will fail.
Some accounts (e.g., Staking Accounts) may require unlocking funds before transferring.
Transferring funds from the Futures Account may affect your leverage and open positions, so proceed carefully.
