To ensure the security of your funds, promote compliance in the digital asset industry, and prevent fraud, money laundering, extortion, and other illegal activities, BitTap requires users to complete KYC identity verification.
How to Complete Identity Verification:
1.Open the BitTap App, log into your account, and tap the profile icon in the upper left corner to enter the personal center.
2.Select "Identity Verification" to proceed with the authentication process.
3. Select the verification type, click "Verify Now," and choose [Personal Verification].
4.Enter identity details, select your country or region, choose the corresponding document type, enter your document number, full name, and date of birth, then tap "Next."
5.Upload identification photos, follow the prompts to upload the front and back of your ID along with a selfie holding the ID with a signature, then tap "Submit."
6.Wait for BitTap’s review, once approved, your KYC Basic Verification will be completed.
Notes:
- Only JPG, JPEG, or PNG formats under 5MB are supported.
- Uploaded documents must be clear, unedited, and unobstructed, ensuring that the photo, document number, and name are visible.
- Ensure you remove hats, avoid heavy makeup, and clearly show your facial features, hands, and arms in the photos.
