I. Quick Overview
BitTap evaluates user VIP tiers by combining automated metrics with manual review. Higher tiers unlock more exclusive benefits (fee discounts, trial funds, compensation coupons, dedicated wealth products, account manager services, etc.). Users can view their current tier and upgrade progress in the App; if they meet special onboarding criteria (see “Direct VIP +1”), they may apply for a trial upgrade card to accelerate access to higher-tier benefits.
II. How to Check Your VIP Tier
Open BitTap Home → BitTap VIP → View VIP Benefits → My VIP page, where you can view:
Your current VIP tier and benefits received;
Key metrics and gaps required for the next tier;
VIP tier rules and terms (please refer to the page for the latest updates).
III. Conditions Included for Upgrading
The platform automatically evaluates and calculates VIP tiers based on the following key metrics (specific weights and thresholds are subject to the VIP rules):
Trading volume / turnover: spot and futures trading volumes or fee contribution;
Asset scale / holdings: account snapshot assets or participation in wealth/deposit products;
Activity and engagement: participation in platform activities, product subscriptions, compliant receipt of trial funds, etc.;
Compliance & KYC level: completion of identity verification (KYC) and no record of violations;
Other platform-specified metrics: such as designated product subscription amounts, referral quality, or ecosystem contributions.
IV. Standard Upgrade Process
Check the gap metrics to the next tier on the My VIP page.
Formulate an upgrade plan based on the gap (increase compliant trading volume, grow asset scale, participate in designated wealth products, complete KYC, etc.).
The platform recalculates VIP tiers automatically at set intervals and applies changes; if the system does not update in time or you dispute the result, submit a ticket / contact your account manager to request manual review.
Manual review: if manual intervention is required, provide supporting documents per “Contact & Submission Materials” below.
V. Direct Upgrade — BitTap VIP +1
To encourage high-quality users to migrate or cooperate across platforms, BitTap offers a special channel for a Direct VIP +1 upgrade:
If you hold a VIP tier on other major exchanges (e.g., Binance, OKX, BingX, Bitget, KuCoin, Gate.io, HTX, etc.) or your trading volume / asset scale on other exchanges in the past 30 days meets BitTap’s corresponding VIP standards, you may — after verification — receive a one-level instant VIP upgrade on BitTap (via an experience card).
Example additional benefits after direct upgrade
Up to 75% fee discounts (varies by product and tier);
Periodic receipt of trial funds and compensation coupons;
More VIP-only benefits (dedicated support, priority wealth product quotas, event invitations, etc.).
Who can apply?
Users who already hold VIP status on other exchanges;
Users whose trading volume / asset scale on other exchanges in the past 30 days meets BitTap’s VIP criteria.
Required Proofs (Mandatory)
Please submit one or more of the following documents proving your activity on the third-party exchange within the past 30 days:
Screenshot of third-party platform VIP tier (including account/nickname and date);
Screenshot or exported CSV of trading records for the past 30 days (showing trading volume/turnover);
Snapshot or asset detail screenshot for the past 30 days (showing asset scale);
Identity proof matching the name on BitTap KYC (if required by the platform).
Requirements: screenshots must be clear and include platform identification, account information, and timestamps; CSV files should retain original fields. All evidence must be data from the most recent 30 days.
Application Method
Submit your application in-App via Me → Help Center / Submit Ticket (we recommend using the App ticket to link accounts).
Include in the ticket/form: BitTap account (email/UID), application target (Direct VIP +1), third-party platform name and brief description, and upload the proofs listed above.
If you have a dedicated account manager, you may send materials directly to them and note this in the ticket to expedite processing.
Keep your ticket number after submission for progress inquiries.
