How to Find Your BitTap User UID
To find your BitTap user UID, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Your BitTap Account
Use your email or phone number and password to log in to the BitTap official website or mobile app.
2. Go to the Personal Center
After logging in, click on your profile picture in the top-right corner to enter your Personal Center page.
3. Find Your User UID
In the Account Information section of the Personal Center, you will see your User ID (UID), which is your unique account identifier.
4. Find UID via Account Settings
If you do not see the UID in the Personal Center, click on "User Information", and you will find your User UID in the account details.
Important Notes
Your UID is a unique identifier for your account. If you need to submit a support ticket or contact customer service, you may be required to provide your UID.
