MA (Moving Average) reflects the average price over a specific period. An upward crossover of moving averages is called a Golden Cross, while a downward crossover is called a Death Cross.
MACD consists of the DIF (fast line), DEA (slow line), and histogram. When the fast line crosses above the slow line, it forms a Golden Cross; when it crosses below, it forms a Death Cross. A lengthening red histogram indicates strengthening bullish momentum.
The RSI value ranges from 0 to 100. A reading above 70 signals overbought conditions, while a reading below 30 signals oversold conditions.
Individual indicators have limitations. It is recommended to use them in combination for comprehensive analysis.
Indicators are tools, not fortune-tellers. Analyze rationally and trade cautiously.
