1. How to Access BitTap

2. How to Download the BitTap APP

For iOS Devices:

  • Method 1: Open the App Store, search for BitTap, and download the official version.
  • Method 2: Visit the BitTap official website download page, click [iOS Version], and follow the link to the App Store for download.

For Android Devices:

  • Method 1: Search for BitTap in the app store and download the official version.
  • Method 2: Visit the BitTap official website download page, click [Android], download and install the APK file.

Tip: If you encounter issues during installation, check your phone's security software and add BitTap APP to the whitelist.

3. How to Register a BitTap Account

  1. Visit the BitTap official website.
  2. Click "Register with Email/Phone Number".
  3. Enter your email/phone number and create a password. Confirm your password.
  4. Check the User Agreement box and continue.
  5. Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone to complete the registration.

4. How to Secure Your Account

To ensure account security, BitTap recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

  1. Download Google Authenticator: Install it from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Log in to Your BitTap Account: Go to Personal Center → Security Settings.
  3. Bind Google Authenticator: Scan the QR code or manually enter the code to complete the setup.

5. How to Deposit Crypto (On-Chain Deposit)

  1. Log in to BitTap via the app or website.
  2. Go to the Assets Page: Select "Assets" and choose the digital asset you want to deposit.
  3. Get the Deposit Address: Click "Deposit", then copy the deposit address or scan the QR code.

Note:

  • Ensure the correct asset, blockchain network, and deposit address before depositing.
  • Incorrect deposits may result in lost assets.
  • Deposits typically take 5-10 minutes to arrive.

6. How to Withdraw Crypto (On-Chain Withdrawal)

  1. Log in to BitTap via the app or website.
  2. Select Withdrawal: In the "Assets" section, choose the digital asset you want to withdraw and click "Withdraw".
  3. Complete the Withdrawal: Copy and enter the withdrawal address or scan a QR code.

Note:

  • Ensure KYC (Identity Verification) is completed before withdrawal.
  • Double-check the asset, blockchain network, and withdrawal address to avoid errors.
  • Withdrawal fees apply, and transactions typically complete in 5-10 minutes.

7. How to Complete KYC Verification

  1. Log in to your account and click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select ID Verification: Choose "Personal Verification" based on your country/region.
  3. Upload Documents: Click "Verify Now" and submit the required information.

Tip: Completing KYC ensures account security and higher withdrawal limits.

8. How to Trade Futures on BitTap

USDT-Margined Futures

Go to "Futures Trading", select "USDT Futures", and transfer funds to your Futures Account to start trading.

Step 1: Select USDT Futures

In the Futures Trading section, choose "USDT Futures" to view available trading pairs.

Step 2: Transfer Funds

  • Before trading, transfer funds from your Spot Account to your Futures Account.
  • Use the "Transfer" function to move assets. No fees apply for internal transfers.

Step 3: Open a Position

  • Select the contract type you want to trade.
  • Choose the margin mode (Isolated or Cross Margin).
  • Set the order type (Market Order, Limit Order, etc.), leverage, price, and amount.
  • Select Buy (Long) or Sell (Short) to place an order.

9. How to Use Trailing Stop Loss

BitTap offers a Trailing Stop Loss feature for USDT Futures trading. This strategy allows users to set a trailing percentage, which triggers an automatic closing order when the price retraces by a set amount. This helps secure profits and minimize losses.

How Trailing Stop Loss Works

A Trailing Stop Loss dynamically tracks market prices. When the price reaches the user’s highest (or lowest) level and then retraces by the pre-set percentage, the system automatically closes the position.

Example:

  • A trader enters a long position at $2,000 and sets a trailing stop at $2,200 with an 8% trailing percentage.
  • Scenario 1: The price rises to $2,500, then drops to $2,400 (only a 4% drop). Since the trailing percentage was not reached, the position remains open.
  • Scenario 2: The price then climbs to $2,600 but later falls to $2,392 (an 8% retracement). This meets the trigger condition, and the system closes the position automatically.

10. How to Copy Trade on BitTap

BitTap provides one-click copy trading, allowing beginners to follow top traders and automate futures trading.

  1. Select a Trader:

    • Go to the "Copy Trading" page.
    • Review historical performance, trade frequency, and risk management.
    • Choose a trader to follow.

  2. Set Copy Trading Parameters:

    • Choose a copy trading method: fixed amount, fixed ratio, or fixed quantity.
    • Set stop-loss/take-profit levels.
    • Start copy trading.

11. How to Become a Copy Trading Leader

  1. Apply to Be a Trader:

    • Log in via the website or app.
    • Go to Copy Trading → Apply as a Trader.
    • Submit an application and wait for approval.

  2. Start Leading Trades:

    • Once approved, go to "My Trades".
