How to complete identity verification
Go to the official BitTap website, log in to your personal account, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner, and select [Identity Verification] from the drop-down menu to begin the verification process.
Step 2: Personal Verification
Click to view personal account verification rules and account benefits.
Step 3: Basic Information
Select your country or region, choose the corresponding document type, enter your document number, full name, and date of birth, then click [Next] to proceed. Ensure that the entered information matches the details on your identity document.
Step 4: Upload Document Photos
Follow the system instructions to upload front and back photos of your identity document, as well as a selfie holding the document with a signature. Then, click [Submit] to complete the process.
