If you forget your BitTap account login password, you can reset it via the "Forgot Password" option on the Web or BitTap App.
Note: To ensure the security of your account and assets, withdrawals will be restricted for 24 hours after successfully resetting your login password.
How to Reset Your Login Password on the BitTap Website
1.Go to BitTap.com, click Login at the top right corner, then select Forgot Password on the login page.
2.Enter the registered email or phone number associated with your account, then click Next.
3.Complete the security verification as required based on your security settings.
4.After confirming that the two entered passwords match, click "Next" to successfully complete the password reset.
