Greetings!
To successfully download and use the BitTap iOS app, please switch your Apple ID region to an overseas account (such as Hong Kong,or the United States). You can use the overseas Apple IDs provided by BitTap to complete the switch. Please follow the steps below:
1.Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your Apple ID profile at the top.
2.Scroll down and select Sign Out, then enter your password to confirm.
3.Log in again using one of the following overseas Apple IDs (non-China Mainland region):

Important Reminder:
5.When prompted to enable two-factor authentication, please select “Other Options” and decline to bind a phone number.
6.If you encounter a prompt to “Upgrade Account,” please click “Don’t Upgrade.”
7.Log in to your Apple ID normally to complete the account region switch.
Steps to Download BitTap App:
1.Open the App Store, search for “BitTap,” and tap “Get” or “Download.”
2.After installation, return to the home screen and open the BitTap app.
3.Register or log in to start your digital asset trading experience immediately.
If you encounter any issues during the process, please contact BitTap official support for one-on-one assistance. If update prompts or version expirations occur in the future, please refer back to this guide for reinstallation.
