The core of all reset operations is to prove "you are yourself" through other verified methods. Please ensure that at least one method (such as mobile phone or email) is available.
Reset Method 1: Google Authenticator
If the security item is still available, you can modify it on the page by yourself; if you cannot receive the verification code, you need to submit a ticket via the customer service in the APP, and the official customer service will assist with the reset after verifying your identity. The backup key is the most efficient credential.
Reset Method 2: Email and Mobile Phone
Modifying your email/mobile number usually requires verifying other bound security items of the account. This is a cross-verification security mechanism to ensure that you have control over your account.
Security Recommendation: Be sure to keep the Google Authenticator backup key properly, and ensure that at least one of the bound email and mobile phone remains valid for a long time. Prevention is the best way to protect your assets.
