Step 1: Download the Google Authenticator App
First, search for "Google Authenticator" in the app store and download and install the official Google Authenticator app.
Step 2: Access Security Settings
Open BitTap, go to [Account Security], find [Google Identity Verification], and start the binding process.
Step 3: Bind via QR Code
The system will generate an exclusive QR code. Open Google Authenticator to scan and bind it. The authenticator will generate a 6-digit dynamic code; enter it on the BitTap page to complete verification.
Step 4: Save the Backup Key
Important! A backup key will be displayed on the page; be sure to write it down and store it safely. You will need it to restore access when changing phones or reinstalling the app!
Binding successful! From now on, each time you log in, you will need to enter your password followed by the Google verification code for double protection and greater peace of mind. Remember to keep your backup key safe!
