Step 1: Understand the Two Accounts
BitTap asset accounts include a Spot Account and a Contract Account. The Spot Account is used for spot trading, while the Contract Account is for contract trading. Funds need to be transferred between the two accounts before they can be used.
Step 2: Access the Transfer Page
On the Assets page, find and click Transfer to enter the fund transfer interface.
Step 3: Select Transfer Direction and Enter Amount
Choose the transfer direction (Spot → Contracts or Contracts → Spot), enter the amount, or click All to transfer the full available balance in one tap. Click Submit after confirming all details are correct.
Step 4: Check Transfer Result
Transfer successful! Funds arrive in real time with no handling fees, and transfers can be processed at any time.
Note! The transfer amount cannot exceed the available balance. Changes in the Contract Account balance may affect position leverage, so please operate with caution. Contact customer service at any time if you encounter issues.
