I. Quick Deposit Procedure
1.Open the Deposit Page
Open the BitTap APP → Assets → Deposit.
2. Select the Token
On the deposit page select “Cryptocurrency,” then choose the token you want to deposit (for example USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.).
3. Select the Network
Select the deposit network (Network). Make sure to choose the same network used by the sender (e.g., ERC-20 / TRC-20 / BEP-20, etc.). Selecting the wrong network may result in funds being irretrievable.
4..Obtain the Deposit Address
Click to copy the address or scan the QR code to obtain the deposit address.
5.Check Deposit Progress
On BitTap’s deposit page click Deposit History to view the status. Confirmation times depend on blockchain confirmations; common references are as follows (subject to actual blockchain confirmations):
BTC: 1–6 blocks (approximately 10–60 minutes)
ETH / ERC-20: 10–15 blocks (approximately several minutes)
TRC-20: 1 block (usually confirmed within a few minutes)
BEP-20: 2–5 blocks (usually confirmed within a few minutes)
II. Troubleshooting — Deposit Not Arrived
Reconfirm that the deposit address, network, and amount are correct, and that any required Tag/Memo was provided.
Obtain and save the transaction hash (TXID/TxHash) from the sender, then check the transaction status on a blockchain explorer.
If the blockchain shows the transaction as successful but the platform balance has not been credited, contact BitTap Support and provide the following information:
Token deposited, deposit network, deposit amount
Deposit address (receiving address)
Transaction hash (TXID)
Transfer screenshot or withdrawal record proof
Support will assist with verification once complete information is received.
III. Common Risk Notices
Network selection is crucial: Choosing the wrong network can lead to permanent loss of funds. Ensure the network matches the sender’s network.
Keep TXID and payment proof safe: TXID and screenshots are the primary evidence for investigation if issues arise.
Obtain deposit addresses only via official channels: Do not accept addresses or deposit instructions from unofficial or third-party private channels.
Complete security verifications: Make sure email and Google Authentication (and other security verifications) are completed before depositing.
Prioritize small test deposits: For first-time deposits, test with a small amount first; after confirmation, proceed with larger transfers.
