Open the Deposit Page
Launch the BitTap APP → Assets → Withdrawal
Select a Token
On the withdrawal page, select "Cryptocurrency" and then choose the token you wish to withdraw (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.).
Select the Network
Choose the deposit network. Select the network corresponding to your withdrawal wallet and paste the accurate external receiving address. Selecting the wrong network will result in permanent loss of assets.
Enter Amount and Complete VerificationInput
the withdrawal amount and confirm the handling fee. Finish the security verification such as email or Google verification.
Verify and Submit
Be sure to double-check the address and network one last time. Click "Confirm Withdrawal" once confirmed correct.
You can check the status in the records after submission. The arrival time depends on the blockchain network. If you encounter any issues, contact customer service with your transaction ID.
