Please ensure the deposit token and the selected network are exactly the same; otherwise assets may be irretrievable.

When initiating transfers from other platforms or wallets, confirm the deposit network in advance and ensure the amount is not below the minimum deposit limit.

BitTap only supports blockchain transfers for deposits and does not support any form of fiat deposit.

After a deposit is completed, the system will automatically credit your account after the required blockchain confirmations — please wait patiently.

If a deposit has not been credited for an extended time, verify the transaction hash (TxID) status and contact BitTap official support for assistance.
II. Deposit Procedure

Begin Withdrawal

Open the BitTap APP → tap Assets → select Withdraw.

Tap Withdraw to enter the withdrawal interface.

Select Token and Method
-
On the withdrawal page, choose the cryptocurrency to withdraw (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.).

Select withdrawal via blockchain transfer.

Select Network
-
The system will display available withdrawal network options for the token. Be sure to select the same network as the receiving platform/wallet; otherwise funds may be unrecoverable.

Fill in Withdrawal Information

Copy and paste the receiving address (we recommend using copy–paste to avoid manual-entry errors).

Enter the withdrawal amount (must be above the minimum withdrawal limit).

The system will automatically display the fee and the actual amount to be credited (fees vary by network).

For tokens that require MEMO / TAG / Payment ID such as XRP / BNB, be sure to fill them in correctly; otherwise funds may not be credited.

Verify and Submit

Carefully re-check the withdrawal address, network, and amount for accuracy.

Complete security verification: enter the Google Authenticator code (if bound), the email or SMS verification code, then tap Confirm Withdrawal to submit the request.

After submission, wait for platform review and blockchain confirmations.

Check Withdrawal Progress

On the APP’s withdrawal page, tap Withdrawal History to track progress. Confirmation times depend on the chain; typical references (for reference only) are:

BTC: 1–6 blocks (about 10–60 minutes)

ETH / ERC-20: 10–15 blocks (several minutes to tens of minutes)

TRC-20: 1 block (usually confirmed within minutes)

BEP-20: 2–5 blocks (usually confirmed within minutes)

If the withdrawal status shows “System Processing” or “Wallet Processing”, please wait patiently for further blockchain confirmations.

III. Friendly Reminders

Keep TXID and payment proof safe: TXID and screenshots are key evidence if problems arise.

BitTap does not currently support cross-chain deposits; strictly follow the selected network.

If the deposit amount does not meet the minimum limit, the system will not credit the account and the assets may be unrecoverable.

Always copy the address anew for each deposit to avoid failures caused by address changes.
